5. Minors
It is particularly important to us, to ensure the protection of personal data of children. Therefore, no collection, processing or usage of the data of minors is knowingly carried out unless we have the consent of the legal guardian. 6. Right to information
The customer has the option of requesting information regarding his or her personal data stored at any time also insofar as this information relates to the origin of this data, recipients or categories of recipients, to whom the data is forwarded as well as the purpose of data storage.
7. Deletion and blocking
We undertake to delete personal data processed for our own purposes as soon as knowledge thereof is no longer required for fulfillment of the purpose of its storage. The data is blocked instead of being deleted, insofar the deletion thereof conflicts with legal, statutory or contractual retention periods, there is reason to believe that interests of the person concerned, which are worthy of protection, would be affected by deleting said data or the deletion thereof is not possible or only possible with a disproportionate effort due to the specific type of storage. Furthermore, you can block, correct or have your collected data deleted at any time. The data is also deleted if you revoke your consent to collect, process and use personal data. Should this consent be revoked during the course of a transaction, the data will be immediately deleted upon conclusion of said transaction.
