Ground-breaking ceremony for new building

With an office area of approx. 1260m2 on 3 levels and a production area of 3,600m2 MLL-HAMBURG® will increase by about 50%. With two access roads for incoming and outgoing goods, an optimal production process without time delay will be guaranteed in the future. An extended production cycle and larger capacities enable even faster delivery times. The investment in new production machines will also pay off for the customer in the future, as additional production areas can be covered and offered. A hall extension area of 1,100 m2 is available for future growth.

At the same time, the new company headquarters will become a show house for all its customers. From weather protection to sun protection, MLL products will be installed. A tour of the building will be used here for closer illustration for customer talks.
The management has chosen the general contractor Bartram Bau-System GmbH & Co. KG. They create rooms and working environments that people like and in which they like to work. "These are good prerequisites for economic success. Our innovative, environmentally compatible planning and realisation are further relevant steps for a sustainable and positive working experience. The ground-breaking ceremony on 27.03.2019 is the largest investment in the company's 35-year history. The managing directors, Peter and Sven Müsing, agree in their statement: "We see ourselves as a growth company and the new building is part of it".

If everything goes according to plan, completion is scheduled for the end of 2019.
